Show listing data use

When online signup is enabled, Savage Card Shack stores your name, email, show title, show link, show time, selected promotion and consent timestamp in its Neon database to process and review your listing. Approved show details may be published on the show board. Your email is not included in the public listing.

Paid promotions use Stripe's hosted checkout. Card details are entered with Stripe; this website does not collect or store card numbers. Payment references and verified payment status are stored with the show request.

The service uses a keyed hash of your network address to limit repeated submissions. Signing up for a show listing does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

To request a correction or deletion, or ask about a payment, contact dalesavage700@gmail.com. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.

Optional video embeds connect to the configured streaming provider. Product inquiry links open your email application. No giveaway entry is collected unless an entry destination and rules are configured.
